Omara Harris, Esq. (ICTBS boardmember) is a solo practitioner with a boutique law firm catering to negotiating, drafting and reviewing entertainment contracts for production, management and publishing companies. Her Atlanta based transactional law practice focuses upon recording artist and producer representation, including contract negotiation with independent and major labels. Harris currently serves as a Governor on the Atlanta Chapter of The Recording Academy®. (Also known as the GRAMMY® Awards) Board. She was also honored to participate on panels for the Billboard R/B Hip Hop Conference and Awards and the Southeast Urban Music Conference.
